A kind of Asian Tortoise beetle from Tsukuba city, Ibaraki prefecture, Japan.
It's was old one (June 13, 1998), and it is the individual that is the first record in Japan.
And then fixing has not been confirmed, fortunately.
偶産で、古い（1998年6月13日）ものですが、日本初記録とされた個体です。
